Short version of a long story.

Cooked the system board out of my M18x R1, replaced under warranty...Happy Happy Joy Joy 

So to prevent further heartache I bought a cooling pad and a six pack of compressed air for vent and fan cleaning.

But... the fans ramp up and the system slows down whenever I'm doing something as simple as watching a video.

I've installed Cupid HWMonitor and none of the temps have gone over 56c MAX.

I'm looking for a method or software that will help me figure out what is going on with my system.

Any suggestions?
