What exact computer model do you have?

First, as long a MIO-Board is getting power, the Asetek cooler should sufficiently cool CPU. All that needs to happen is the pump turns at constant speed and radiator fan must be turning.

Asetek cooler might be bad or not physically installed properly (after MB swap).

To test MIO-Board, you do it with Dell Diags/PSA/ePSA OUTSIDE of Windows.

Once all that works, then you can worry about AW-CC working in Windows.

    Hi!

Where you able to run the ePSA diagnostic that Tesla suggested? What results did you get?

I also recommend you follow the instructions on this article and get the CPU and GPU temperatures using HWmonitor.

Please let us know of any updates!

    Hi,

Sorry for delay been busy, I ran the ePSA few days ago error popped up about a lose cable but the engineer seen this the day he replaced the motherboard but said no lose cable can be found all connected.

So I skipped the error and finished the ePSA and everything checked out ok. But after a day I booted up the pc and everything was working correct even the thermal controls show cpu pump no over heating or loud fan.

Ever since its been running perfect I have no idea what caused it or fixed it.
