The controller that came with my Alienware Alpha that I bought in December 21, 2014 in Japan stopped working.

I try connect it or pair it with brand new alkaline batteries inside and it blinks leds 1 to 2 seconds before turns off completely and is not detected.

Is the warranty still good?

Can I get a replacement?
