Posted earlier about my 7 year old 4700 not booting and from replies it sounds like motherboard.PSU was checked and failed jumper test.New psu did not fix problem.

However before I replace the system there's one more thing I want to rule out. Not only does the pc not boot but I cannot turn it off with the front power button. So would that indicate something else is going on also?
