Thank you all, very much. All is well now. I switched original memory to new slots and new to those slots. I  think it was nothing more than not being mounted correctly. Dell Assist tool, awesome tool kicked in, but confused me. Wireless mouse did not allow me to select anything-much like booting into safemode. Works great-Thank you all!
