The easiest way for me is to just start Easy CD Creator, skip the wizard,choose the Data CD tab, and point the file locator to a file or groups of files and place them into the bottom "queue" window, then just click Create CD. There are variations on that method, such as dragging and dropping from another open folder, etc., but that's usually the way I do it, and it's worked fine for me. Every couple weeks, or once a month, or whatever, I just start with an erased/clean CDR-W, copy My Documents, Outlook Express Address Book, IE Favorites, etc. to the Easy CD Add File window, hit the red button, and all the stuff's backed up. Takes me two CDs for everything, but it's a handy, reusable way of doing it, and doesn't take much time.
