NO it isn't spinning. I have a steady amber light on power indicator, no lights in the back and green light on motherboard. I unpluged P1 and jumped the green lead to a black lead and the fan in the power supply spins. The only other change is I get a steady green light on the cdrw. I am thinking I have either a pwr supply problem, a motherboard problem or a CPU problem. If it turns out to be a CPU problem, I want to see if the fan is bad and caused the CPU problem.
