HI,I have a DELL E521,WINXP,SP3,2GB RAM,GT 610 VIDEO CARD.

My question today is what is the big difference between a 89W AND A 125 W CPU and what would i have to change to make either of them to work in my PC.

There are several of each on EBAY for sale,the 125w one has a cooling fan on it and i understand that is one of the problems with the 125w is it runs hot.

Any thoughts on this,thanks.
