Have a Dimension E310, no ps2 ports. All USB. Cannot get into BIos. As soon as I hit F2, screen goes blank. Can get into Diagnostic utilities. Diagnostics come out clean.
Any ideas?

What software changes did you make prior to the issue?
What color are the 4 Diagnostic LEDs?

No Hardware Changes
No Software Changes
All diagnostics lights off.
Computer boots up to login screen (Win XP). Mouse and Keyboard will not work at that point. Same for Safe mode
Forgot to mention. Have tried resetting Bios jumpers, as well as removing Batteries. Same result
