Downloaded program files
How do I delete a downloaded program file. Everytime that I try, it tells me that it is being used by one or more programs, and it will not let me delete. I did not put it on my computer, and now that I have found it, I cannot get it off.

It may be spy-ware. If you don't already have Ad-aware download it and run it. You can find it at this link.
