There should be a small round hole on the front of the drive, insert something such as a paper clip end and it should manually open the drive door. If it was just "hung up" usually that will fix the problem.

Thanks for the feedback and that my suggestion got the drive door open. BUT, you should have checked my response not your own as the accepted solution.
There is no listing for ciqahgvb.dll, doing a google search. Not sure what that is.

Thanks, I got the drive open and removed the disc. I have another problem that I think may not let the drive open. When I turn on the computer I get a box message that says Error Loading C:windows \ system 32 \ clqahgvb .dll . also on the left lower part of the computer I get a box that reads RUNDLL. What do you think ?.
