hey all, i need help ASAP...woke up one morning, boot up my pc and after seeing the DELL logo, all I got is a blank screen with a blinking white underscore on the top left corner of the screen? WHAT'S GOING ON?

went into BIOS and reset everyting to the default...still didn't work.

tried to pop in the Win XP Installtiona CD and Floppy boot up disk to try reformatting..that too did not work as it failed to recognize both the boot up disk and Win Cd.

any help is much appreciated. thanks
