horizontal lines
Hey
i have a friend with a really old computer probably around 98 99, its an hp dont know what type
but on the desktop and startup screen he gets black horizontal lines not dark black but light.
i figured it was his video card. he does have a separate card not intergrated. could it also be the mobo.
just tryin to help out a friend
