I created a bootable CD, with the BIOS Flash executable file on it.

When I start the computer up, with the CD in the drive, it boots to the CD, and leaves me with a command prompt.  What command do I need to type in to actually flash the BIOS?  I tried typing in the file name of the executable file, but it says "bad command" or something like that.

Can anyone help me?
