Sell it on EBay, there you may get decent price, Dell wo'nt give you anything for it or sell it to a friend or relation, used computers do'nt sell for very much on the open market thease days, too much competition from the makers and resellers.

It's greatest value, if you're in a position to take advantage of it, is as a tax-deductible contribution to a non-profit organization. That's a win-win situation: you come out ahead, and the charity will love you.
