I am having major problems, help!
I had a bad virus a while back. Now I am having some troubles. I got the virus taken care of. But now the computer is acting weird. I can't use my internet provider (juno) it keeps saying that there is no dial-up network entry. I can't do any of the windows updates.
I have tried everything. Juno has tried to help, but they have said that something is wrong with my software. I don't know what to do. I also keep having a box come up with system 32 everytime that I boot up the computer.
I have windows xp and dell 4400.

Your problem sounds like a software problem rather than a BIOS problem. The BIOS forum gets very little traffic and you thus you would best be advised to post your problem in the Software forum for the version of Windows you are running.
If you are running Windows XP or ME, have you considered using System Restore to restore your computer to state it was in prior to the virus attack?
