All CD ports and Secure disks ports have gone missing!! Is there a screenshot or a picture you can attach in the reply?

Before I shut off the computer last night I contacted NCIS. They issued a bolo (be on the look out) for the missing devices. I also updated the driver. This morning when I restarted the computer it reinstalled the card readers under the devices with removable storage. I guess the bolo worked.
