When I first got my Dell every thing was cool except that I was having problems with my Microphone. After visiting the Dell support site, I followed the steps it told me to do...
1. Uninstall multimedia...
2. Reinstall off of a certain CD

I looked for days in all the CD's but I did not recieve anything that was even close to the CD that was required. I have looked at the "new downloads" and I still cant find a way to fix/reinstall multimedia...
