I've just bought a Sanyo VPC-J2EX digital camera. The first day I connected the camera to the pc, using the USB Port at the front, my pc recognised it straight away as new hardware and I was able to use it and transfer pictures easily. Since then everytime I have tried connecting it to my pc it is not found. I have used the hardware wizard and it says nothing new found. I went to the Sanyo website and downloaded the relevant driver but still nothing. It's virtually useless without being able to transfer files. It connects to the tv fine. Can anyone help please?

 

I've a Dimension 2400 with Windows XP and SP1. I have had to reinstall Windows once. Would this make any difference?
