I have Nortons AntiVirus 2002 and have not had any trouble with updates until now......I have downloaded Ad-Aware and also Zone Alarm . I am not sure how my setting should be on Zone Alarm...but I have only checked allow server on my Nortons, the rest I have checked to be asked, but I can not seem to get updates on Live Reg and Symantec Redirector. Don't know what these are for sure, but after saying I have two downloades , it then says that LIve Updaate was unable to install any of the 1 updates you selected, and those two things have red x's beside them. I have turned off Zone Alarm and tried it and it still does not work. Can someone tell me in simple language what I need to do? Thanks
