When I open Outlook Express, it takes nearly 2 min. to start. The splash screen doesn't show, it just pops up after a while. I haven't seen if it closes yet, but when I close, it still shows in the programs list after I hit CtrlAltDel. It's also slow when retrieving messages. Anyone know why it's so slow?
