Plug & Play configuration error

Whenever I start up my Dimension 8200 running Windows XP I get an error message concerning the Plug and Play configuration. I am instructed to press F1 to continue or F2 to go to setup. Pressing F1 clears the message and starts the machine, but it is annoying. Any one out there with a solution/suggestion?

    I was having the same problem. I went through my system and pulled all of my PCI cards and reseated them. After that, I quit getting the message. My system was confused and thought my modem card was a video controller. I don't if that will resolve your problem, but it resolved mine.
