I get this message in multiple programs, just stops and when I cont/alt/del it says program not responding.   Also, frequently get message on Startup that one of the disks needs to be checked for consistency (FAT32 file system) but no problems ever found.  Could this be a hard drive problem?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
