What is the original manufacturer/product name of the Dell Dimension 8400 / Dell E210882 Mainboard?

I need a BIOS with more options than the Dell BIOS.... and yeah i know i will void my warranty.

Or is there an other way of setting more options other than replacing the BIOS?
