Router for New Computer
I am putting together the specs for a new desktop computer that I will acquire in the near future and need a bit of advice. One of the items I will need withe the new computer is a new Router. My current setup has a Linksys 4-Port wired Router that is beginning to have problems, so I need to replace it with the new system. I have a laptop that I link into my desktop system at time via the router and to the Internet also.
What would be a good wired router (probably Linksys?) for my new system? I would probably go with wired vs. wireless, and more like 4-port router. Any advice/suggestions really appreciated.
Thanks

All wireless routers have 4 wired ports. You need to get a wireless router for future compatibility. Desktops use the wired connection and laptops use the wireless since they move around. Linksys has some great wireless routers. Get one with N wireless. It will also have all the older protocols too.
