My son opened up an email about Snowwhite and the Seven Dwarfs. Norton quarentined an exe file which I deleted.

Since he opened it up, I receive a Spool32 error everytime I boot the system which reads
Spool32 has caused an error in MMSYSTEM.DLL.
Spool 32 will now close.
If problem continues, try restarting computer.

On top of this error, I cannot go to my printer settings. It comes back as not responding. The computer has slowed way down. I am afraid the virus has done some damage and I'm not sure what I need to do.

Any thoughts?
