I was wondering if it would be possible to use seperate sets of speakers to create a basic surround sound system, rather than buying a proper set. I have my front speakers connected into the normal green "front/line out" speaker jack. Would it be possible to use a different set of speakers for the rear and plug them into the black "rear surround speaker" connector on my PC? My PC has a sigmatel (i can't remember the model no.) integrated audio card, with 5.1 output. Any help?
