8200 Ultrasharp

I purchased an i8200 off e-Bay, yea I know first mistake. The laptop has the 15" UXGA UltraSharp display, but is very dark around the top and left edges. It looks as if there is a backing on the LCD that is pealing away. I don't know this to be the case, but that is how it looks. The dark area is uneven, and does not appear to related to bad pixles. So, I have two questions. The first I think I already know the answer; Is there any way to fix this... and second, If not where can I find the part number to order a replacement LCD.
