Hey guys!

I recently bought a G.Skill DDR3 1333 2GB for my 1018 (which should be fine as it seems to be exactly like the one that comes from factory but 2GB), did the swap and all I got was a black screen when powered on. No BIOS messages, no BIOS error sounds, nothing but a horrible black screen. Just like it simply didn't power up.

Thought module could be defective so changed it for a Adata DDR3 1333 2GB. SAME PROBLEM!

Anyone has this issue before?

I'm very very frustrasted, I really dislike opening up my 1018 and I've already done it too many times in this RAM upgrading process.
