Blocky Small Icons
Ok, I know similar issues have been discussed, but I haven't seen one talking about this exact problem (if there is one, I apologize).
The icons on my task bar (in the quick launch, on the "all programs" part of the start menu, the system tray, etc.) are all really bad quality and blocky/pixely. This only applies to the small icons, though. The full-sized ones look fine, so do the mid-sized ones (like the "My Computer" icon on the start menu). I don't have ANY other problems with my graphics/display... just this. Doesn't seem like a huge deal, but it irks me b/c my last Dell laptop didn't have this problem. Anything that can be done about it?

Inspiron 6000D Intel® Pentium® M Processor 760 (2 GHz/2MB Cache/533MHz FSB)
Display 15.4 inch UltraSharp WSXGA+ LCD Panel 15SXGA
Video Card 128MB DDR ATI's MOBILITY RADEON X300 PCI Express x16 Graphics
Resolution: 1680x1050 32bit color quality

Edit: I just tested something... it looks like smaller icons also look fine in certain area of Windows (for instance, if I right-click a file and go to the "Open With..." submenu, the icons associated with the various programs are small and look fine - so it makes no sense that the ones associated with the task bar don't look the same. Here's an example of what I'm talking about. Notice the Firefox icon (right is from the task bar, left is from a submenu):
