I degraded to Windows 8 on my DELL Laptop ( Inspiron 15 3521) from windows 8.1 after which i am not able to use my Bluetooth. I tried re-installing the driver and tried all the possible ways, but nothing was successful 

Also am not able to enable or install .NET frame work 3.5 on my laptop.

Please provide me with a solution for the same.
