After reinstalling windows xp, every componment has been successfully installed, but bluetooth. While launching the "dell wireless 350 Bluetooth In .. driver" installation, I have to install "Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba" and then I get this message in french (i'm running windows in french) : "Impossible de trouver une puce bluetooth compatible sur votre systeme", which means "impossible to find a compatible bluetooth chip on your system".

My computer is an inspiron 9400. Bluetooth worked fine before formatting.

I already tried to reboot.
