Is there a way I can find out the build status for an order through Costco? They gave me the PO number and said to use "Costco" on the order status page, but they also said that there is a known problem that Dell is aware of for checking order status online for Costco orders. Is there a way someone here from Dell can take my PO number and get the customer number so I can check the build status online? I really want to do this, since the last time I ordered a Dell from Costco, they put the order in wrong and I had to have them place the order again.
