i have a dell laptop model no 1564 , with operating syster window 7 .

my web cam was working fine but last time when i open skpe it didnt responded ,i tried other web cam software inorder to check ,but my web cam just blinks for a second and then just stop.i even reinstall my window 7 but the problem still exist. 

i will be thank full if my problem is been solved .
