I really am at my wits end. I have had this computer since October '15 and it has pretty much always made this static sound that comes out of the speakers and headphones intermittently when I listen to streaming music or video.

After months of going through "updating drives" with Dell Technical report, I finally got the customer service team to accept servicing my unit on 7/18/2016.

7/18/2016: Dell Technical Support team replaces entire motherboard and speakers. I assume they recognized the issue and thought it would be the remedy since my speakers had already been ruined due to the static issue persisting for months.

I received my unit back and within the same day, the static issue was still present. I decided to document the issue with video and posted in on YouTube, you can watch that video here,

Upon publishing the video, I realized so many other Dell XPS 13 users were experience the same defect on their computers. I called customer service again and they told me to send back the unit.

.....I received my computer today 9/1/2016 and Dell Technical Support said they "could not reproduce the issue" but updated some drivers...

I have been using my Dell XPS 13 for literally an hour and the issue appears yet again. I have documented in ANOTHER YOUTUBE VIDEO so people can see what the issue is. How is it I can reproduce the issue in 1 hour but Dell Technical Support had my computer for over a week and could not? Anyway, here is the video:

Back to why I started this post. I switched from my MacBook to this computer because I heard good things about Dell. For over a year I have been getting nothing more than the run around from Customer Service telling me to "update my drivers"....we have been updating my drivers for almost a year. The issue is still here, my motherboard and speakers were switched out....and this last time TS had my computer they said they could not reproduce the error?

SO many Dell XPS 13 users are experiencing this and I have documented this on YouTube! I refuse to  have to feel like I should deal with a static issue coming out of my computer and having to reboot it to make it go away. I paid over $1,000 for this computer!!!

I want answers and solutions, this is embarrassing!
