Enable Keypad Solution

Does anyone know what Inspiron laptops have the new Enable Keypad option in the BIOS?  My sister wants to get a laptop and every Dell she has gotten, you have to hold down the Fn key to get the keypad to work.  She cannot use her hands and this really hurt her ability to use the laptop with her mouthstick.  Any information would be appreciated.

If you look at the top of the keys there is one marked Num Lk - if you hit that one it latches the number keys.  Is that what you are talking about?

    I also found this accessory - http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?sku=310-2682&c=us&l=en&cs=19&category_id=5436&page=external

I guess what I am asking, is which models have this feature in the BIOS or do they all have it now that Dell is putting out new BIOS upgrades for their laptops.

I think only systems which have the Dell BIOS have this option in the BIOS
