Error code 2000-0151 hdd fail

This is the second time my hdd has crashed. The first being just two months after purchase. This time the Error code is 2000-0151.
Validation  45971
Incorrect status 32
DST short test passed
DST long test fail with above error code? 

I no longer have any Dell warranty. I do not have a backup of my data.

    First, decide what your data is worth -- if it's valuable enough, immediately contact a data recovery service to have the drive recovered.  The cost won't be insignificant (minimum of a few hundred dollars) but anything you do to the drive at this point may potentially lessen the chances of a successful recovery.  Gillware is quite reputable and less expensive than many of its competitors.

    Once you have your data recovered, replace the drive AND make sure you purchase a backup device to keep backups going forward.  As you have seen twice now, there are two types of hard drives:  those that HAVE failed, and those that WILL fail.  It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when.
