Factory settings

Ok, I have a problem. I tried Windows 10 on my Alienware M17X R4, but it didn't work as intented. So I went back to Win7. But now I get bluescreen everytime I start a game. I have reinstalled my video card drivers and chipset drivers but those didnt help. So I decided to put it back into factory settings.

But now when I boot and press F8 it just say that I need to put Windows disc into drive because there are no media. I have done the factory reset few times, but now it has been deleted some how. Is it the Windows 10 or then something happened when my laptop was in repairs due motherboard failure. But anyway, how do I get my factory settings now? As I don't have Windows 7 on DVD? Or when there's going to be supported drivers for Windows 10 on Alienware M17XR4?

Ok, I got the Windows 7 DVD. So I can do the clean install from it? But before I start, what are the drivers & software I should download ready? And what things I need to note when I do absolutely clean install?

Ok, I have followed the instructions, but when I try to install Windwos from DVD, the problem occurs when going into position 8. (On the Where do you want to install Windows window, select the largest internal disc as the Primary Partition, then click Next. If the Primary Partition shows 0GB free, select Unallocated Space and click Next.=.)

The problem is that no hard drives are shown there. It asks me to install drivers. What drivers I need to install in this point? My device manager looks like this:

    please.

Ok, Im starting to have a feeling that this is a hardware issue. I installed TechPowerUp GPU-Z software to check whats going on with my GPU. Once I hit the question mark which starts the rendering, the bluescreen appears.

Here are two screenshots from the software

If it is hardware problem, and there are no warranty left on my machine. Where I can get a new GPU?

    edit:

Even it shows that Fan Speed is 100% it is not. The fan does not keep any sound, and when it is on you can hear it pretty well.
