Help identify this symbol please

There is a peculiar icon on my Dell Latitude E5570. It looks like this:

Does anyone recognize that and know what it means?

It's for a NFC contactless smart card reader -- some businesses use these essentially as keys for user authentication on the system.

I can't seem to find the symbol anywhere. How about a little more information:

Windows 10 is on the system ? Is the symbol located on the keyboard or on the windows taskbar ?

There are any peripherals connected to the system such as Printer, external drive, flash drive, etc....

How about any wifi extender or wifi dongle ?
