New Inspiron 15 -3552 I can not run diagnostics on Dell web site or the updates keeps saying ...Sorry, diagnostics can't be run on your Inspiron 3552 and The product you have selected is not compatible with Dell PC Diagnostics.
what is going on the laptop was bought in march of this year.

Thank you it said my Bios update failed in January 2016 the Dell update still does not work for me but I found what I need and updated the Bios and it took this time
