Inspiron 600m; Sometimes it powers on & sometimes not. Dose'nt matter ac or battery or dock. Nota! When it happens all lights flash rapidly for 3-5 sec. then shuts down. If I listen at the keyboard I can hear what sounds like a AC freq. squeal? Could the HD not be getting enough power? loose connection? Bad MB? Voltage reg?
 And why intermttant? Starnge. But hay its A DELL!
