If I am connected to Microsoft Word all key work well as expected, however when I am on the internet they whole keyboard is dysfunctional; all key when pressed does not match anyone with an idea what could have gone wrong?

Secondly is there a way to verify if this laptop has a built in webcam and where I can get the software and drivers to activate the webcam?
