The Dell E series have an esata port where the module battery can be connected using a SATA cable. However, I suggest you to send me the system service tag through private message so that I can check and give you right information.

I apologize for the wrong information I provided in the previous post. Unfortunately Module bay battery cannot be connected to an esata port as a power option.
