I have an Inspiron 8100 that loves to give me problems.  Tonight my monitor just popped off.  I can't close or open it without the strip above my F1-etc keys halfway sticking out.  I thought maybe there was just a loose screw, but when I tightened it, it didn't seem to help.  It just seems that instead of opening or closing it stays in one spot like it is either stuck or a screw is too tight.  I really have no clue.  Any ideas about how I can fix this?  Thanks.
