Im Really sorry if i post this in the wrong section, i am not old enough to understand all this things so please take it easy on me.

 

Today, i was playing games on my computer (Labtop - Inspiron B130) , i wanted to use "cheats" to hack that game, so i followed some one that told me to change my Boot.ini , i knew he wasn't lieng because alot people said it worked, i knew if i did it wrong something would happen to my computer since i was editing System Imformation known as "Boot.ini" i went there by click start - right clicked on Computer - clicked properties - advance - start up and recovery - then clicked settings , all the sudden Note Pad came out with a bunch of memory, people say change something like windows=slow to windows=fast or something, i did that, but i knew i did it wrong, after that they say Restart your computer then open up your hacking tools and enjoy, thats when i got a error:

 

Your computer can't run because your missing a file or it is corrupted:

system32\hal.dll

Please install the following file above

 

(I Didn't type all of that right but i am sure it was system32\hal.dll.)

 

I Called the Dell Company but they said my warrantee was expired, and i have to pay for them to help me fix it, but i didnt want to , it costs money, theres another way to PC Restore my computer, but i have IMPORTANT FILES i need, PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM!
