very disappointed with dell
I got a new xps system on last Friday and it didn't work from the beginning. can you believe it?
I spent whole weekend calling service center and answering to a stupid answering machine.
It is easy to imagine that this company didn't test the system before shipping to me because it failed to work at the first try. I exchanged tons of emails with technitians and realized that this company used a failling video card( model:ATI XT 800 250 MB). Can I trust this company? How can I trust that this company uses pure components for building systems? If you buy a new car, especially a expensive car and it didn't work in the next day and the company say " not a big deal, we will replace the part", how do you feel? very disappointed,,,,,
