video stutter

Getting video and audio stutter since last re-load of operating system. Also affects (external) mouse. Improves with re-boot, but soon goes stuttery again. Have tried upgrading video and audio drivers. Any ideas? Thanks.

    see my other posts about the dust/overheating problem. check the display settings, update your BIOS, get the latest video card drivers (catalyst 4.4 for ATI), get all of the windows updates, run ad aware AND spybot, and then check back here...alsok, next time post your system specs.
