Windows 8 restore to original OS
Hello every one, I have just installed windows 8 on my dell Studio 1749, and not very happy with it, tried to revert back
to original OS windows 7 but can't access command F8 to restore to factory, I have tried downloading dell restore ,manager but it does not see the drive
Now I can see the restore drive and files but just cant access to restore is there a specific file that is required?

I have tried booting to a window 7 OS and tried to follow the link, however it has not worked because
when I choose repair I can't get to the command prompt repair option only in windows, also I can see the data on my recovery drive which is E
but I do not see a tools directory, what am I doing wrong.

You will need to boot a Windows 7 disc to start the restore. You can't use the quick restore boot after you manually upgrade the OS.
