2005FPW is locked.

When I push the Menu button a lock is displayed and I am not able to get into the settings. Anyone seen this?

Press and hold in the Menu button for 15 seconds.

I have tried pushing and holding the menu button for as little as 15 seconds to as many as 60 seconds, but that has not worked. I have tried powering down and unplugging the power. Any other suggestions?

Power off, unplug the power cord from the monitor, press the power button for 10 seconds. Reconnect the power cord and power the monitor on.
