DDPM doesn't open
I downloaded DDPM and installed it, but I can not open it? The software is not responding. I installed the latest version 1.2.0.005. I also tried the older versions but didn't open. Please help me with this issue. I need to split the display for my work.

To receive assistance from Dell chat Technical support, they need to first verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Dell monitor Service Tag.
Before our users can assist, you need to provide more data =
* What specific Dell monitor model?
* What Apple system?
* What macOS is installed?
* How is the Dell monitor connecting to the Apple system using which ports and cable?
